Hanging out with the gals... or the guys


We can see this in our fitness classes when people come together week after week, and it becomes our social time together, well as our workouts. We have a sense of belonging and we begin with a common interest. We support one another and encourage each other. Hanging out with girlfriends or guy friends and maintaining strong friendships is essential for various reasons. These relationships offer unique benefits that can positively impact our physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Here are some reasons why it's important to spend time with friends:
