Join Us In Person!
Making Changes Fitness offers both in-person and online classes. Due to current Covid 19 restrictions, minimal classes are available in-person right now. Classes will be added once approved and announced by Dr. Bonnie Henry. In-person yoga and Total Body Workout is at McTavish Academy of Art. In order to adhere to social distancing guidelines, space is limited in these classes and does require advance registration.
Online classes are available with a plethora of options! Sign up for the online unlimited and enjoy a minimum of 5 classes per week, with bonus pop-up classes and over 150 archived classes! Check out the live schedule and details about online classes here.
