Kirsten launched Making Changes Fitness once she started to enjoy her own fitness journey. Although active, she struggled to adopt fitness as a lifestyle. It took her a while to find and implement a philosophy that worked for her, but after many years of living it (she struggles on days, as we all do), she is excited to share the pillars of Making Changes Fitness!
Exercise needs to be fun, or you won’t commit to it for your future.
We need to laugh as much as possible & play games- fitness doesn't need to be so serious.
Fitness should be accessible to everyone at every level and every age, to those who want to commit to a fuller schedule, to those who just want to do a couple of times a week.
It is so important especially in these current times that we keep moving and exercising for our mental health.
