Banana Oatmeal “Muffin- Cookies”

I’m all about oats lately!

3 Ripe bananas mashed

2 cups rolled oats

1 egg

1 tbsp vanilla

2 scoops Chocolate protein powder

1/4-1/2 cup peanut butter

Chocolate chips optional

Makes 10 muffin cookie bites. Now I had to throw in muffin because the texture has a softer muffin like feel to it.

Bake at 350 for 15-18 min

Approx 11 grams of protein per cookie.

Delicious breakfast! Or afternoon snack!
