2 cups Shredded zucchini drained
1/4 cup shredded Parmesan
1/2 cup Panko
Garlic powder to taste (approx 1 tbsp)
Salt & Pepper
Shred zucchini and drain as much liquid out as possible... season with s&p and garlic. Add all ingredients mixing well. Place on oiled frying pan on medium heat. Turn when golden brown carefully. Add a tiny splash of butter if you choose.
