Cherry Cheesecake Fluff

This was an American Recipe and some ingredients I couldn’t find so I revamped it.

1 cup Graham or vanilla wafers crumbs

1 cup finely chopped pecans

1/2 cup melted butter

8-12 oz cream cheese (I prefer more for a stronger cheesecake flavor)

1 cup powdered sugar

3 cups cool whip

1 package white chocolate or vanilla pudding mix - made with milk

1 can cherry pie filling

1/4 cup chopped pecans or coconut flakes


Mix melted butter, Graham crumbs & chopped pecans. Press flat in 9x13 baking pan. Bake @350 for 15 min. Remove and let cool completely.

In a bowl mix cream cheese, powdered sugar & half of cool whip.

layer on top of cooled graham crumb base.

Make pudding as instructed add other half of cool whip. Layer on top of cream cheese layer. pour entire can of cherry filling and spread evenly. Sprinkle with crushed pecans or coconut flakes.

Chill and Serve.
